We ship your package from our warehouse located in Kemang 15, Jl. Kemang Raya, RT.13/RW.1, Bangka, Kec. Mampang Prpt., Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12730.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on customer's choice either One-Day service or Regular.

4. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within one business days.

5. Delivery Time
JABODETABEK Region : 1 - 2 business days (JNE / Sicepat)

Standard Shipping : 2 - 4 business days. (JNE / Sicepat in Indonesia)

Worldwide : 5 - 8 business days (DHL)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.


🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with tags attached, within 14 days of receipt.
